Promo strikes again...another video, this time for Raymond & Scum's Green Day parody, "Time With Your Wife." Enjoy.

Well, Promo the promotional monkey is at it again! He has decided to make a half-assed, Google-image filled video based on Raymond & Scum's song, "Demi Moore." And, by the way, if you have a pair, go tweet the url to Demi Moore's Twitter account (http://www.twitter.com/mrskutcher). Cause that would be awesome.

Well, we officially can NEVER predict which of our songs will be played on "The Dr. Demento Show." Our goofy cover of "One More Minute", complete with angry Mel Gibson samples, was played this week on the online version of the show! Who would've thought? All we planned on doing was record a cover of "Weird Al's" "One More Minute" for a tribute CD. And then Promo our promotional monkey got a hold of the song and decided to make it "topical." Well, we've made it. A Raymond & Scum song is on an "iTunes Essentials" playlist. Is it a playlist for "Essential Rock" or "Essential Comedy?" Not exactly. We're on a playlist called "iTunes Essentials: Gay Pride Boys." The song, of course, is "Does This Make Me Gay?" from our album, Touch It. What does that mean? It means that R&S are now on the same playlist as Madonna, Donna Summer, Lady Gaga and ABBA. How gay is that? But, seriously, it's pretty cool. We feel very fierce.

Hey, friends. For personal reasons, Matthew Dunn lead guitar will not be able to be at MarsCon this year. No Matt means no R&S show. Jeff will be there with his trusty video camera to collect more footage for the untitled comedy music documentary. The band is very bummed that they won't be able to play and thank you for your understanding.

The earthquake and its aftermath in Haiti have touched all of our lives. Many in the CD Baby family have already contributed as individuals, but we wanted to do more to help the victims of the horrible earthquake tragedy. Starting on Monday, January 25th and continuing for two weeks, we will donate $1 of our cut from every CD sale through our website, and $1 from every download sale over $8.99 on our site, to the American Red Cross and to Mercy Corps, a Portland-based relief organization with a large presence in Haiti. With your help, we hope to raise tens of thousands of dollars. Since the donation will be taken out of OUR cut of sales, you will still earn the normal amount per CD and download sale.
